Job Title: Contract Leave of Absence & Accommodations Case Manager Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leave of Absence and Accommodations Case Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing leave of absence and accommodations processes in the US and Canada. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while providing exceptional support to our employees. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize LeavePro, Oracle, and ServiceNow systems to troubleshoot and resolve leave of absence and accommodation requests. Support for employees and managers regarding leave of absence and accommodation inquiries. Collaborate with HR, legal, and management teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of leave and accommodation cases. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leave of absence and accommodations. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on leave of absence and accommodation policies and procedures. Support HRBPs with the interactive process related to employee accommodations. Stay current with federal, state, and local leave of absence and accommodation laws and regulations. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leave of absence administration and accommodations. Proficiency in Oracle and ServiceNow systems. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave of absence and accommodation laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
